The time for the Xycling class has changed – new time at 7 pm!

Due to an unfortunate misunderstanding there is a false starting time in printed calendars and in the Xycling cards! The correct time for the Xycling class in SatsElixia Kaleva is at 19! Please notice that you have to get a valid Xycling card for the class at your campus and show it at the reception every time you attend the class!

TAMK Sports building renovation is progressing in schedule

The gym and the sports hall in the L building are closed until the end of July. Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace the sports hall or the gym during the time of construction. The renovation is progressing on schedule. The hall has been covered for winter time construction and the basic floors and walls have already been completed.

Please note that the group exercise classes are organised according to the regular schedule and without interruptions at the group exercise room at Kuntokatu 4. Also, the gym at FinnMedi Delta will be open normally (An instructor is present at Mon-Thu 4-8 pm).

We are sorry for any inconvenience! In August we will be happy to offer brand new sports facilities at TAMK!
