Group exercise class descriptions

Classes are grouped according to the type of the class:

  • Aerobic classes: Aerobic part at least 30 minutes of the total lenght of the class
  • Fitness classes: Fitness part (muscular work) at least 30 minutes of the total lenght of the class
  • Balance classes: Maintaining the balance in the body

Programs of the classes change every 4-6 weeks. Classes with the same description can vary by different instructor.

Choreography: the warm up section of the class, during which the heart rate is risen with a choreography consisted of different movements (for example dance or aerobics).  The grouping very easy-easy-middle-advanced is very personal, hence, go and try out different classes to find your individual level.

Token: Get a token before going to the class.
