Classes are grouped according to the type of the class:
Programs of the classes change every 4-6 weeks. Classes with the same description can vary by different instructor.
Choreography: the warm up section of the class, during which the heart rate is risen with a choreography consisted of different movements (for example dance or aerobics). The grouping very easy-easy-middle-advanced is very personal, hence, go and try out different classes to find your individual level.
